Rehabilitative Care
If your loved one needs specialized health services following surgery, an illness or when memory begins to significantly diminish, we are here to help. Following an individualized plan of rehabilitation, our residents can build strength, balance, and increase their memory function through physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our programs are designed to maintain functioning and promote the highest level of independence possible. Our staff also assists individuals who suffer from physical conditions that interfere with basic daily activities, including swallowing conditions.
Respite Care
Caring for a loved one can be physical and emotionally overwhelming. These responsibilities can render the most dedicated caregiver exhausted, drained of energy, and often guilt-ridden. Alzheimer’s & Dementia Unit
Our memory care neighborhood was created to serve those facing Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory challenges. It’s a place where residents feel safe, secure and loved. For our residents, this area feels like home and we treat them like family. Our program includes everyday activities that they can accomplish and enjoy, so that they feel successful, confident and enjoy a feeling of self-worth.
Hospice Care
Nothing compares to the pain of losing a loved one. It can be difficult to find the right care, comfort, and support during these times. Our hospice program is designed to balance comfort with quality of life for terminally ill patients, while supporting both residents and their families spiritually, emotionally, and physically. With compassion, knowledge, and empathy, our hospice professionals are there with your loved ones when you can’t be. We help manage pain and make sure patients are comfortable at all times.
Palliative Care
For people of any age and at any stage with a serious illness, whether that illness is curable, chronic, or life-threatening, our palliative care program seeks to relieve suffering and improve quality of life.
